For Clayco and CRG INTERRA helped develop a 13-story high-rise which brought 149 apartments to Chicago’s uptown neighborhood. For this project, located at 4555 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago, INTERRA provided Quality Assurance services for concrete, aggregates, grout, and structural steel. Services included floor flatness, grade beams and caisson caps, soil compaction, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lot, among other as-needed testing services. INTERRA also provided inspection on post-tensioning, pre-stress, rebar, among other inspections. The project included construction inspection and testing on the foundation and for the superstructure as well.
