Work involved providing Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services for a 103,500 square foot new Ground Equipment Maintenance (GEM) Building. The general building is built like a hanger with high ceilings.

INTERRA performed testing of the soils for bearing and recommended the required undercuts. Other services provided were inspection services with onsite concrete and laboratory testing of concrete. The structural steel inspection consisted of inspection of the fabrication shop and testing the welds in the shops and field. In addition, fire proofing, masonry, and pavement testing were also provided.
